I am a senior citizen aged 70 years with implanted steel rod to right leg due to accident visited Shree temple on Sunday the 14th Jan. I am a regular visitor to the temple. This time I arrived at 4AM and got a room for bathing and refresh for an hour at Rajatadri paying Rs.500 and left for dharshan at 5AM. The que was very big this time, it took four hours to be in the line. I could not bend my leg due to rod besides age old factors. I thought I made mistake, by not enquiring with the temple authorities as to any concession to avoid the long que to senior citizens/physically ailing persons etc. In Tirupati, there is provision for Senior citizen providing a separate line. There is also no chance to sit in the line to the disabled unlike some provision is found in Special que in Block-I.
My respectful appeal is to display or announce if there is any special provisions for the aged and disabled for the swamy dharshan.

I shared my feelings Sir, kindly excuse me if such provision is already there and could not notice.

    With high respect and regards,
